I'm looking for someone to take over the lease on my studio flat on Harcourt Road. It has a large double bedroom with a desk and space for a tv and comfy chair, as well as a separate shower room with a powerful electric shower and a fully-equipped separate kitchen with space for a small table and chairs (I'm happy to leave mine...) There is a communal laundry room in the building with washers and tumble dryers as well as a backyard with storage for bikes.

The studio is fully-furnished and entirely self-contained, in a large house overlooking Crookes Valley Park. It has huge windows so it gets lots of light but doesn't feel at all overlooked.
It's a 5 minute walk to university and 15 minutes to town, but the 123, 94 and 95 buses stop right outside.

It's £105 / week, which includes gas bills. Electricity is on a meter and costs about £1 / week! The water bills are paid in a one-off payment to the landlord of about £100.

The flat is available from July, or earlier on arrangement. The contract runs until June 2010. I'm only moving out because I'm leaving Sheffield for a job.
