I have one room to rent in Riverside point, Nottingham. I have previously applied for this room to UNITE who own the accommodation, however I now no longer require the room, and would be looking for someone to occupy the property from 22nd September 2007 to 12nd September 2008. Since you would be helping me by taking my room, I would be willing to pay £100 when the contract is signed over to you. The rent is the same as per listed on their website, when the contract is signed over to you, you will then be dealing with UNITE directly. I need someone to take the room from me, as UNITE will not release me from the contract unless I can find a suitable replacement tenant. Please note the 300 utilities charge is one off.
