A. Dodgsn (f), 26 is searching One room flat in Norwich (dont smoke)

I am looking for a 1 bedroomed flat or studio apartment close to the city centre (less than £500 pcm), preferably in a modern purpose built apartment block which is decorated to a high standard. I would like to live within 2 miles of the city centre i.e. approximately no more than a 30 minute walk. I would prefer that the accommodation is at least part furnished but preferably fully furnished especially with the basics such as a fully fitted kitchen including white goods (e.g. washing machine/fridge-freezer/kettle ec). I have a car and would prefer a property which has safe and secure parking, on street permit parking is fine as long as it is not difficult to find a space in the evening. I am clean and tidy and can provide references. I do not require a garden or outside space and I do not have any pets.
