I am currently residing in one of the studio flats at the Q3 Apartments, and had signed a new contract in January for the next academic year (2008/2009) for the same flat. However, I need someone to take over my "new" contract now, as my sister is coming over to live with me and a studio flat is just not enough for both of us.
The contract will start from mid September 2008. It is a 50-weeks contract.
The rent will be 120.55 pounds per week inclusive of utility charges
The charge for broadband will be 150.00 pounds for the whole year.
