Lighting is by 2 double (switch able) wall lights. A telephone line is available. Kitchen 8’ x 4’3” with a double glazed kitchen window Height 6’11 x 4’ wide It has cushion flooring & curtains, standard sink & cupboards, & work surface. I can provide any pots & pans, kettle, toaster, knives & forks &, of course, plates, cups, mugs, etc! There is a full size electric cooker & a fridge. There is also a microwave, iron & ironing board. The Bathroom has a new, well sized shower, washbasin. The Toilet is separate – accessed from the shower room.
