Main bed/sitting room 14’10” x 12’1” with a double glazed window - height 5’9” x width 4’ This room has a 3/4 (small double) bed with a new mattress. A TV stand with drawer (no TV.), & two large wall cupboards. Fitted carpet & curtains. There is 1 easy chair, a dining room table & 2 dining chairs, & a wardrobe. Lighting is by 2 double (switch able) wall lights. A telephone line is available. Kitchen 8’ x 4’3” with a double glazed kitchen window Height 6’11 x 4’ wide It has cushion flooring & curtains, standard sink & cupboards, & work surface. I can provide any pots & pans, kettle, toaster, knives & forks &, of course, plates, cups, mugs, etc! There is a full size electric cooker & a fridge. There is also a microwave, iron & ironing board. The Bathroom has a new, well sized shower, washbasin. The Toilet is separate – accessed from the shower room. The colour scheme is of magnolia walls with a new green fleck carpet & there is 'pebble' patterned ‘cushion flooring' in the kitchen, bathroom & toilet.
