This fall I will be beginning my PhD at Aberystwyth University and my boyfriend will begin work in agricultural engineering. We are a mature couple looking for a cute and comfortable place to spend our years in this coastal town. We have years of rental experience and are both responsible and respectful. Plenty of natural light and a good flat location are priorities for us. A mostly furnished flat would be preferable with either a garden or balcony.
