Hi.I'm looking for a friendly nice housemate for september.I'm a tidy and clean guy (don't spend my day cleaning,but like clean place to live in) and excpect you to share the housekeeping with me.we are waiting for a third housemate for february,but he will pay his rent as soon as we move in the house,which will lower our rent to 200 pounds each.Bills are on top,but very low for that house.The place was all renewd and refurnished.New carpet in the room,new kitchen and bathroom.I'm french and gay (in case that was an issue...).We'll have to make a deposit of 200 pounds each.What else ? I'm not a party boy but do enjoy to have some friends sometimes for dinner.I also don't paly music for the neighbourhood...I'm not smoking,love tee,sushi,rose,enjoy dinner with my roomate or share any experience,I'm easy going.Please don't hesitate to contact me,we could arrange a viewing.i can't show pictures,as I'm not in the house yet.
