My name's Sian. I'm 25yo female professional who likes rock music and cats. I'm looking for someone similar age/interests to house share. I have a cat so no more dogs/cats allowed as he probably wouldn't accept them. Other pets (hamsters/rabbits/exotics/fish) completely welcome. Smokers considered as long as they don't smoke with the cat in the room. Room (either furnished or unfurnished) is available immediately and will fit a double bed. House has new kitchen and new bathroom, a storage garage/shed, off-road parking if you have a tiny car (I literally mean tiny) and large patio and garden that are great for summer afternoons and bbq's! Rent is £300/month (or £70/week) includes gas/electricity/water/council tax. Deposit of £200 required. Rent does not include TV licence or phone/internet access. The house does have wireless broadband and you can have access to broadband for £10/month. You can also share access to landline for £15/month + cost of your calls.
Location is great. The street is quiet with no through traffic. Beeston train station is 5 mins walk (meaning only 15min journey to city centre) and there is a bus stop at the end of the road with buses to city every 20mins during day. There's a cornershop 2mins away, a co-op 5 mins away and Beeston town centre (with supermarket and pubs - hooray) is only 15mins walk. For more info get in touch.
