Part of a 6 man house but only five housemates, so empty top floor room provides even more storage.

Good bathroom on first floor, electric shower so always hot water and instantly hot.

Medium sized lounge and kitchen (large enough to swing a cat in), stove/oven/electric, microwave, washing machine, two fridges and a freezer, and plenty of storage for food.

Housemates are all uni students at Nottingham in second year. All male aged 19, hard workers but also enjoy socialising.

House is kept tidy and is suitable for uni students and young professionals.

Only a 5min walk into town, so very accessible and there is a bus stop about 15 metres from the house. Also on street parking with valid parking permits that can be transferred free to other vehicles.

Housemates can be male or female, around 18-25, and are welcome as long as reasonably tidy and not too noisy!
