There is a beautiful double room to rent in the NR2 area. It is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk, shelving and has lovely dark wood floors. It is a light and bright room as it is front facing and often gets the morning sun.
The house is a beautiful Edwardian (we think!) terrace on one of Norwich's prettiest streets. It is a very quiet road, with beautiful cherry blossom trees lining the streets in the summer! We have all local essentials near by- newsagent, pub, shortwalk to a supermarket, fish and chips...?! The location is also quite central, either a five minute bike ride or less than ten minute walk.
Inside the place is very homely, everyone gets on as friends as well as housemates and there is laid back an easy going enviroment. We would like someone who is like minded and friendly. There is a great living area downstairs. The living room is comfy and relaxing (equipped with a large TV and DVD player, we also have wireless internet), there is a small sun room, a dining room, and a spacious kitchen fitted with all the usual electronics (oven, stove, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, microwave, etc). We have a beautiful large bathroom upstairs (bath and seperate shower) and also another toilet downstairs. We have a small front and a large back garden, perfect for subathing and BBQs in summer.
We would like to find someone who is friendly, clean, reliable and sociable to join our house. We are all students (2 girls, 1 boy) but wouldn't describe this house as "a student household", therefore it would not be a problem if you work full-time. We are looking for someone who is around our age though (19-25). We do not want a couple.
