House amenities include TV, internet connection, washing machine, dryer machine, garden and Parking in front of the house. 10-15 mins walking to Town Centre. I am looking for a mature professional to share for at least three months. I am a 31 year old professional, I will be working away from home. I enjoy live music, films, cooking and a good laugh. The price of the room is 280£ per month plus 200£ Deposit and all bills are included.
