I have a large room available for rent in a clean and friendly, well located house, in the popular area of Far Cotton, Northampton. The room is furnished and carpeted and includes a brand new bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, television and overlooks the garden. The house is centrally heated and double-glazed; the front room has two sofas and a television with cable and a DVD player and you are welcome to use it as and when you wish.

I have one female student renting one of the other rooms and she is studying at the University of Northampton, she has a very friendly dog so you would need to be a dog lover really. The house also has a cooker, 2 fridge-freezers, microwave, shower/bath and high speed wireless broadband, all of which are available to use.

The house is very well located and very close to the train station and the town centre, it is yards away from a bank and many local shops and takeaways, the bus from and into the town centre stops right outside the front door, the University is 15 minutes away by car.

The rent is payable by the calendar month, four weeks in advance and then either by four weekly payments after in advance or weekly in advance, there is no deposit to pay but a full month’s notice is required if and when you wish to leave, all bills are included in the rent.
