Hi I am staying in a beautiful big room but have to leave Newcastle as soon as possible for my placement. I have a 13m2 , bright room offered until end of august. There is IKEA furniture and double bed in the room, big wooden office and professional chair. The house is very quiet and clean and is currently shared with 4 more friendly people( profs and students aged 23-29). It is ideally situated in heaton: 3 min from morrissons super market, 1 min from bus number 1, 2 min from heaton park, 8 min from fitness centre and swimming pool,15min walking from centre,10 min walking from great pubs( the cluny, tanners). Main features of the house:Modern cherrywood kitchen with integrated appliances ( gas kitchen and air oven for quick cooking, washing machine), 2 toilets(electrical shower,bath), living room with wooden floor, two sofas and tv. The room is situated on a quiet pedestrianised street with families around.The rent is 63 per week.
