To whom it may concern,

My husband and I are a working couple, no children or pets.

We would like to rent a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom (1 on-suite) furnished, double glazing, preferably with working fireplace & off road parking or garage, semi-detached, detached or terraced house.

We would like to rent in the Manchester area or no more than 20 min. walking distance of Manchester town center.

We would like to move in on October 31st 2008 or November 1st 2008. We would also like a long term rental. Our price range for a 3 bedroom fully furnished property rental is between 600 - 725 GBP per month & our price range for a 3 bedroom semi-furnished or unfurnished property rental is between 500 - 675 GBP per month.
