Easy going, friendly flatmates 4 lads and 3 girls, 2 of whom are 3rd years, 5 are 2nd years including a mature student.

Rent is only £65 per week, not including bills, but utility costs should be low as we are sharing between so many. The contract is until June 31st 2009.

The house has all the facilities for student living including 8mb unlimited download wireless broadband. There is also parking available along a well lit road.

We are only a 7 minute walk from the university, saving money on bus fares, plus rusholme, local amenities and pubs are 1 minute away, and fallowfield is a 15 minute walk away.
