The bungalow has a clean, minimal, modern stylish interior with fast sky broadband, and all modern amenities and appliances. The common areas to share are the kitchen, bathroom (with tub and shower), laundry room and lovely front and rear gardens for you to sit in and enjoy. There is plenty of parking.
The house is a 3 minute drive from the M60 and a 3 minute walk from the bus stop where there is a very regular reliable bus service in to the city center.
We are a couple who work Mon-Fri from 8am to 6pm. We love to come home, take a bath, cook, eat, have a glass of wine, watch t/v and relax. We would expect that a professional coming to share our home would also be seeking a quiet place to unwind from the busy day or work week.
