Situated in the Ensbury Park area of Bournemouth, 10 minutes walk to Bournemouth University and close to all local amenities including Winton high street round the corner and just 10 minutes drive to Bournemouth town centre or Poole.

Young couple who are both studying marketing at Bournemouth University. We are super friendly, easy to get one with and social. We also have a small dog and very friendly cat.
Our current lodger in the room is in her final year and so moving home at the end of University.
Looking for –
Female, either student or working professional. Must be respectful of us and the house. Non-smoker. MUST BE CLEAN AND TIDY!
Price –
The room is £115 per week (£500 PCM), which includes fast wifi, use of house facilities Inc washing machine etc (NOT inc telephone), gas, water, sewage and electric.
