Hi,

We have a spare room in a house in South Belfast. Its about 5minute walk from Queens and 10mins into town. We are all young professionals and all in our early 20's. There are two guys and one girl. Very easy going house....quiet during the week with usually the cinema club on a Tuesday etc and then out at the weekend.

The room is a big enough room with a single bed. There is parking outside...we have wireless internet and bills are split equally. Rent is £200 with a deposit of £200 and bills are approx £20-30 a month.
