Rent also includes a laundry and domestic cleaning service, wireless broadband, utility bills except telephone.
There is a no-smoking policy in the house.
The house is ideally situated close to the A600 and A421 and within easy reach of the A1 and M1.
Regular bus services are provided from the village into Bedford town centre, walking and cycling into the town has been encouraged by the new pathway that has been built.
The house is currently occupied by one working professional (sport / education). Anyone considering to rent in this house must be o.k. with cats and a dog. It is a strictly non-smoking environment and welcomes honest, easy-going professionals and students who enjoy a friendly, warm house... perhaps with a keen interest in sports. Sorry no couples.
