I am advertising on behalf of my mother and father who require a 3 bed house to rent in or around Basingstoke, Tadley, Bramley or Baughurst. They are both in their 60's and my mother, who is disabled, is cared for by my father which means they do receive housing benefit as he is now unable to work. They are able to provide a guarantor if necessary and deposit. They also have a very well behaved 11 year old dog. They need to move out of their current property by the end of this month (January 2012) due to the landlord wanting to sell the house. If you have, or know of a property available I would be very grateful if you could contact me on the details provided. Thank you
