I need urgently a lady to move in with me in a superb flat located right in the middle of Sheffield city, in Fargate. The flat is luminous, so spacious because of super high ceilings, and is massive for two persons.
It has two massive double bedrooms, all furnished, (bed, wardrobe, chester draw, two bedsides) with two double windows (to the ceiling) in each of them. There is a nice bathroom to share, and also a massive lounge and open plan kitchen with the same two huge windows, fully equipped, and a long corridor so you can't dream better. Everything is double glazed so there is no noise at all, the place is quite, clean and tidy, and very attractive.
You can't find anything like that anywhere in Sheffield for this price: £275 per month council tax is about £50/mth per person, electricty is about £15/mth per person, and there is no water bill!
the flat is already equipped with landline/sky TV/ and wireless broadband, all for £17.50/mth per person, so in overall all you need is about £350 a month.
A credit cheque needs to be done before a contract can be arranged (costs only £75), and a deposit has to be provided as well as the first rent when entering the flat.
