I am wanting to share my rented house with another female aged 18 - 30.

The house is at Beighton in a lovely area near Cyrstal Peaks. It has easy access to the town city centre.

The house has a drive for parking, as I dont have a car and is a has bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room and kitchen/dining room.

The rent including TV licence, electricity, gas, heating, insurance and council tax will be in the region of £330.00 pcm

I am a 19 year old female with a good sence of humour and am easy to get along with.
