Our two flat mates (a couple) have bought somewhere and are moving out. As a result my girlfriend and I are now looking for someone to share the flat.

We run a business in Salcombe working 8:30 - 18:00 and do a masters in Exeter / work part-time, respectively. We're tidy and clean but not obsessively so. We're out some evenings and enjoy having friends at home but rarely for parties.

The flat is one of two (we're upper flat) and from the windows and the balcony we look over the nature reserve onto North Sands beach (3mins walk away - Salcombe 10mins walk away). We have use of a lawn and small orchard/garden, a garage and big garden shed for storing surf-boards, etc. The flat is reasonably decorated with good facilities and is furnished well (optional in the bedroom). There is only one bathroom but the room available is beside the bathroom. This room has previously had a double-bed in it. We have a third bedroom which is a spare room/study and is available for use by all. There is a great deal of free off-road parking in front of the house.
