I am looking for a clean and tidy housemate to rent my spare room. The room is a good size and has a double bed, wardrobe and a chest of drawers and overlooks the garden. The bathroom has been fitted to a high standard with a big free-standing bath and seperate rain shower. Downstairs the kitchen has all the mod-cons including new washing machine and oven and the living room has a nice TV and DVD player and has big bay windows. The house has thermostat controlled central heating. I live on a quiet street which has lots of parking available. It takes 2 mins to walk to the shops or 20 mins into city centre.(There is a very regular bus service at the end of street into town which takes 10 mins) The rent is inclusive of all bills, and if interested would be happy to set up broadband internet connection and split the cost. I would prefer a professional non-smoker who is up for a laugh and a drink but not 24hr partying as I work a lot of weekends.
