have a very nice furnished double room to let from 4th November 2007. All amenities have been re-furbished very recently and very new. Looking for a person with good hygiene it is very important as all of us are very clean concious. We like to keep our place spotless most of the time.Couples are welcome but there will be an additional charge on the rent by 50 pounds.Rent includes all the bills ( Electricity, Gas )except phone bill. It is a no smoking house and smokers must smoke ouside even when the weather is bad!! Satelite TV and WiFi Broadband 10 meg line available. BAthroom has Shower and Victorian bathtub just been beautifully done. Kitchen has also been put in recently and new. Room comes with a big double bed and sofa, cupboard draws and TV. We have a cat so anyone with pet allegy please beware. We all are quite sociable bunch in the mid to late 20s,( 2 boys and a girl )and love a few drink down our lovely local pub just around the corner.The Citycentre is literally a walking distance. It will take about 15 minutes to citycentre or on the bus it will be about 5 minutes! You can't get any closer than that! It is a terraced house and there is a parking space on the road.
