My current flatemate moves out in December and so I'm looking for someone to share my lovely big apartment who is friendly, outgoing and up for a bit of a laugh as well as a lovely comfortable home.

The apartment is fab - a new build on the City Heights development in Mapperley, it's very spacious with two bathrooms and a balcony. There's plenty of parking and it's only about 5 minutes drive into town or 10 minutes on the bus (which pass about every 10 minutes).
The room is a double room, fully furnished and is a really nice, light and airy space.

There's only me in the apartment so plenty of space! I'm quite sociable so do like to go out a fair bit but also like to chill out when I can too.
