The house is a 2 bed end terrace in Lenton Abbey with local amenities nearby. Its only 15 mins from town in peak traffic and on the 36 bus route. House has GCH, DG, WIFI, Cable TV, Phoneline, Bath, Shower, all mod cons in kitchen.

Rent is £300 per month for Single person and £450 for Couple. This includes all bills. 1st months rent plus deposit of same required to move in.

Prospective housemate/s must be tidy, clean, sociable and must like dogs. Pets allowed depending on screening first.

Viewing can be arranged for most any evening or any time on wednesdays.
