I am looking for a new flat mate as my existing one has been offered a new job outside of Nottingham and I need help with bills and rent. The flat is modern (was only built 3 years ago) Everything in the flat is aprox 2-3 years old and in very good condition. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, wireless broadband, Sky TV electric oven with a gas hob.
I am 24 and at the moment studying for my final exams at Nottingham Trent Uni and will be starting a Masters in September. I also work part time. When I am not working I tend to be studying, at my boyfriends, listening to music, watching films I am looking for male or female aged between 18-35 who is pretty laid back and chilled out.
I tend to stay at my boyfriends house about 3 nights a week so am not always in and don't mind if whoever moves in has their partner stays over every now and then. I work in Hucknall and get there in 10 minutes and only takes 10 minutes to get to Nottingham City Centre.
The flat is very secure with intercom access and there is also parking available at no extra cost. It is 10 mins on the bus from the city centre, a 1 min walk from a Coop, 5 min drive from Tesco Extra. The nearest tram stop is 0.7 miles away in which you can get a tram to Hucknall, Bulwell and in to the City Centre. |
