Hi,

I'm leaving my room and I need someone to replace me. I'm not the landlord and you can expect me to be really honest with everything.
The room is in a 4 bedroom house in Beeston, shared with 3 postgrad (2 girls and 1 guy), very nice people and non-smoking.
The house is fully furnished, has a huge living room and a separate kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, etc... There is sincerly all you can expect.
It has an off-street parking and a rear garden with a shed. It is less than 10 min walk to the West Entrance.

The rent is £65pw (£281pcm) all inclusive (gas, electriciy, water and TV licence). The landlord pays directly the bills so you don't have to worry with this. The room is absolutely FREE UNTIL FEBRUARY 5TH. So if you take the room in a few days, you can save more than £150.
