I have a single, newly decorated single room available in 4 bedroom house. Single bed, desk, chair and wardrobe. Large bathroom with bath and shower. House amenities include TV, internet connection, washing machine, dryer machine, garden and Parking in front of the house. 10-15 mins walking to Town Centre. I am looking for a mature professional to share for at least three months. I am a 31 year old professional, I will be working away from home. I enjoy live music, films, cooking and a good laugh.
The price of the room is 220£ per month plus 200£ Deposit but all bills are included.

My house is located at 1 Norfolk Street and the post code is NN2 6HR just 2 minuts from the snooker club "Barrats" based on barracks road.
