The room is in an upper flat in St Anthony's (about a mile from the Quayside). The bus stop is about one minute away for buses into town and to the Metro.
The bedroom is a good size with a new small double bed, IKEA wardrobe. There is a living room, well equipped kitchen with new washing machine and fridge/freezer, bathroom with double ended bath, shower and contemporary glass basin. Shared front garden, back yard and easy on street parking.
There is laminate flooring in the living room and bedrooms and the flat is furnished with new leather sofas and many items of new furniture.
The cost is £60 per person per week which includes all bills - gas, electric, water, tv licence, council tax, Sky. Nothing more to pay other than any phone calls you make.
