This is a lovely spacious room that is furnished with double bed, drawers, shelf, big study table and 2 cupboards. you will be sharing with only 2 guys who were nice,honest and tidy. the house is situated in Clayton Road, Clayton Park Square. The rent is £68 + Bills. This is a student house thus council tax is already excluded. you will just have to pay the electric + gas + internet etc. The landlady is very nice and generous as she live outside newcastle so basically you are not feel constricted by her presence. She provide portable heater and all the kitchenware as well. the hosue is just a stone throw away from city centre, less than 7 minutes walking even for someone slow like me.

the reason i am moving out is because i cannot afford the rent anymore thus i have to find a substitue to get back my deposit, which is only £200 and look for somewhere else cheaper to live, otherwise i wouldnt have left this house. if you got any question please dun be hesitate to drop me an email or text me 07809709752
