There is one room available in an newly refurbished upstairs flat of which there is a male and a female student. One will be doing 3rd year Business Management and the other 3rd year Media and Journalism. Both are studying at Northumbria University.

The bedroom is a double room. The house comes with locks on bedroom doors and an extra freezer. It is a short distance from both Northumbria and Newcastle University- 30 minute walk or a 10 minute bus journey from town. There are good/regular transport links including buses and metros as Chillingham Road (the next street up) has its own metro line.

The rent is £63.50 a week and students do not have to pay council tax.
