I am a student looking for someone to take over my contract (which lasts until July 13th) due to some unexpected circumstances. This is the rooms I currently have :
1 comfortable room in a maisonette in Simonside Terrace, Heaton. Located next to Chillingham road, which has many shops (Somerfield, Spar…), bars and so on. Very quiet neighbourhood. Down the street, access to bus line no1 (10-15 min to the City Campus by bus) and easy access to the metro (10 min as well), otherwise about 25 min walk from the City Campus. Also, close to Coach Lane Campus.
All rooms are newly repainted; Bedroom has a new mattress (3/4), a set of drawers, wardrobe, desk and chair.
Lounge has two new leather sofas, a small table, a dining table and chairs. Television point.
Fitted kitchen has a washing machine, a fridge/freezer, a micro wave, an oven, a sink and several shelves - all very new.
2 bathrooms ; one with a bath/shower and the other with a shower - toilets and hand basin in each. Telephone points in some of the rooms. Iron + Iron boqrd also available on property.
Rent is £62 pppw (£268.66 per month), bills included.
