i rent a lush flat on newcastle quayside but my flatmate is moving out in august to go traveling so i'm on the lookout for a new flatmate as i really don't want to have to move out (i love this flat!)

its on the gateshead side of the quayside, about 5 minutes walk from the centre of newcastle, with amazing views over the river and the city centre.

the spare room is a fully furnished decent sized double room, and although its not got its own en-suite, it does have its own bathroom. its also got its own large balcony! the rest of the flat is open plan with a large living / dining room and a decent kitchen. the living room also has a balcony which has an amazing view over newcastle. there's also a secure underground car park. rent is £385 a month and all the bills work out at about £100 a month...

i'm a 30 year old architect, dead chilled and easy to get on with, i work hard during the week so like to just chill in the evenings, but enjoy going out at the weekends.... i'm also very well house-trained and a damn good cook!!
