I'm looking to rent a flat/ room in a flat but for a weekend only. I have my own house in Hull but need to be in the Newark Area at weekends so I can see my (older) kids who live in that area. The typical arrangement I imagine is if you only need your flat mon-fri (maybe for work purposes) as you perhaps return 'home' for your weekends. If I rented just for the weekend this would off-set some of your costs.
