my name is Ruby, i'm looking for a nice female flatmate to share a gorgeous 2-bed flat with me. the flat is lovely, 2 double rooms, nice spacious lounge with open plan kitchen and dining table, big bathroom, plenty of storage space. it is on wilbraham road - lovely location, just 15mins walk from wilmslow road but also good bus links.£280 rent pcm. bills shared between 2 of us.
i am easygoing, clean tidy, friendly and prefer quiet weeknights but that is not to say i am not fun to live with. i want a likeminded flatmate who will be considerate and clean up after themself! someone who i can be friends with but at the same time not live in eachother's pockets. prefer a single female no couples and preferably someone who will not have their boyfriend over all the time! do not want a party animal who expects to party in the flat! sorry if this sounds harsh but i want the right flatmate for an easy life.
