I'm staying in a house near Rusholme (3 bedroom house) and there's 1 room left to be filled. The house is cosy, which is newly furnished, nice bathroom(Shower+bath),fully fitted kitchen, alarm, wireless broadband, washing machine, microwave, gas heating and street parking.
The house is located conveniently near the bus stop, grocery stores (asda,tesco,lidl, worldwide),varsity pub, the university and kebab houses.
We are looking for someone responsible, quiet (weekend partygoer is fine), non-smoker, clean and tidy.
Move in requires first month rent+deposit. References required.
