Hi! We've got a spare double room coming available from 21st March (Easter Weekend) . It's a medium size room in a big four bedroom house in a quiet street opposite a park. The house is nicely done out with a big living and kitchen area and all mod cons (incl. dishwasher, tumbledryer). Really easy access to city centre (train/bus) and walking distance from Fallowfield pubs- great location for young professional.
There's currently two males and one female living in the house we're all busy young professionals age 25-29.
The room is £275/month and we currently let it through an agency.
