Room to rent in Fallowfield in a friendly house with two male and two female undergraduate students.

Nicely furnished.

Wireless broadband is already set up with free calls evenings and weekends.

It is a lovely little house, very cosy and so handy to all that Fallowfield has to offer and of course easy access to the major bus route into town (and uni).

The existing tenants are all my friends who I lived with in Halls and are very kind and friendly people. They are all second year students and very keen to do well with their studies so if you have any concerns about noisy house parties you needn't worry. However, they are definately up for laugh.

The only reason I am leaving is to move in with my boyfriend.

The room is available as of now and ends 1st July.

The room is the second largest in the house with a double wardrobe, desk, and a nother bilt in wardrobe and cupboard.
