This room and maisonette are both lovely, it is becoming available due to myself leaving earlier than I had planned to go back to my home town of Newcastle.

The three girls that live here are great, very easy to get along with, enjoy going out, getting drunk on weekends, having a good laugh, the usual stuff.

They are looking for someone similar to myself, so maybe its easier to describe me :) ...

So, I've just turned 25, I'm a 2006 graduate, love going out, watching bit of tele, going to cinema, or out for a couple of drinks during the week.
I'm a clean person, very considerate for others.

The flat has all brand new fittings in kitchen and bathroom, massive front room....everyone who has visited our place so far has said it's amazing at only £65p/w...the street is lovely, not too quiet, not too busy, you always feel safe walking along it no matter what time there is always someone about!...very close to get into town, just walk 5 mins down the road and you're at the bus stop, or 5 mins up the other way to the train station!

Who ever gets this room I'm sure will be very happy here :)
