I will have a spare double bedroom from 25/4 in a newly built 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms flat at Green Quarter. I'm looking for a female flat mate to take this double bedroom.
Here is some information that helps you to make decision:
- Location: Green Quarter. For people who do not know this area, it is a quarter for young professional working at the city center, just minutes walk to Victoria station and other transport links as well as shopping and leisure centers like Andale, Printwork, Piccadilly garden, Deansgate … if you work at the city center so don’t need bus ticket. If you have a car, the parking on the ground floor is available.
- The flat: newly built, fully furnished and well equipped, secured as a flat in the Green Quarter.
- Your private area: a large double bedroom with lock (that we’ve asked the landlord to add, there are not in other flats) and a luxury bathroom (see photos)
- Kitchen: large and well equipped with: dishwasher, microwave and many other stuffs …
- TV, internet: 21 in TV with 5 basic channels and Internet broadband unlimited.
- The rent: 325£ per month including council tax but excluding other bills. Bills come around 40-50 £ per month depending how we use. This rent is really cheap in this area.
Flat mate expected: a female professional or postgraduate student, tidy, easy going, non-smoker would like to find and to create somewhere homely and peaceful to live and to refresh after a hard working day.
