Nice big double bedroom in a flatshare. All renovated less than 6 month ago. Short term or long term rent.Furnished, Broad band, Washing machine, bath and separated toilets. 3 mins walk to the closer bus station/ 6 mins walk from ALDGATE EAST or TOWER HILL tube stations/ 10 mins walk from brick lane.
The room is lent by an agency, and I have to find a replacement because I have to go back to France earlier than I thought.
The rent is 498.33 pounds per month all bills includednd you would ve to make a deposit of one month rent on the day you sign the contract.
The contract you will sign with the adgency could be of three, six or more months and if you want to leave before it ended you would just have to find a replacement.
The room will be available on the first of june.
And you will share the flat with three other people, all very nice and friendly (and clean nd tidy!).
