We are two Greek Cypriots (boy and girl) looking for another person to share a 2 floor maisonette just off Victoria Street.

The double room available is very spacious and fully furnished. The rest of the flat is very comfortable with a large living room and kitchen, along with a lovely balcony for the summertime. During the week, the area is buzzing with a mixture of media and city types and during the weekend it is nice and quiet.

The flat's location is perfect for shopping and eating - there's a House of Fraser and a shopping centre, just round the corner, as well as many restaurants with various cuisines. It is very convenient for going out - as the West End is practically a 10 minute bus ride. And most importantly it is a very safe area to live in, as New Scotland Yard is located at the end of the street.

We would like to find a flatmate who is considerate and sociable, as well as clean and tidy.
