Hello!
We have a double room available from mid May in lovely West Hampstead, zone 2.
The room comes furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The house itself is spread over two floors with a large, bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen with all mod cons, a full bathroom on each floor, and a large, paved garden, perfect for summer bbq's! The bedroom in fact looks out onto the garden.
The house is really well connected; located a short walk from West Hampstead underground Station (for the Jubilee Line). There’s also an overground and Thames link for getting across the city. There is a massive Sainsburys, a very large Waitrose and a Vue cinema near Finchley Road Tube, about a 10 min walk. Buses to the centre include 113 to Oxford Circus and 13 to Trafalgar Square, (which is also a night bus), 139 that goes through Baker Street all the way to Waterloo, and 328 which goes to Notting Hill and Chelsea.
We're a stone's throw away from the vibe at West end Lane (loads of cafes and bars) and about a 20 minute walk to Hampstead Heath itself.
The room is available at 750 pcm plus bills. Bills generally work out fairly reasonable as we have gas and heating included. Deposit and a standard reference would be required.
A bit about us, you'd be sharing with two females; we're clean, responsible and sociable! The home is relaxed and friendly, we both cook, enjoy films and gigs, like having people over once in a while. We'd love it if you are up for the occasional meal or glass of wine.
