Sadly no living room, but there is large kitchen and 2 balconies, and since it's ground floor there is direct access to a outside 'garden'!

It's an amazing neighborhood, very residential and quiet, yet very close to central London, and hustle and bustle of West Hampstead. 5 min walk to Swiss Cottage Station, 2min walk to South Hampstead (overground), there are 4 24h buses going central, and it takes about 25min to Oxford Circus.

For the moment I am the only one that decided to stay in the flat - female filmmaker in mid twenties, so all young arty type people are more than welcome!

Rooms will be available from 1st September on a year contract.
