We are two friendly and chatty music students (Middlesex University) looking for a third flat-mate.
We are one Northener and on German, both chatty people. We sporadically cook for each other, and once in a while go together for breakfast or a pint in Stoke Newington; Stoke Newington is in a 10 minutes walking distance. Right where we live there are sansbury's, tesco and other handy shops and good public transport (Stamford Hill Rail - 2minutes walking, 7 sisters - 7minutes walking, Manor house - 5 minutes on the bus, and many other buses). The living room is a very nice place to hang out, shoot the shit, listen to music and relax with a cup coffee sitting on the leather couch or one of the cushions. You are always welcome to bring friends over and spend time with them hanging there.
The building is a victorian house in a nice and quiet street which is set a little off the main roads (Stamford Hill Broadway and St. Ann's Road). The room comes with basic furniture (bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers). If you are not a student, we all had to pay council tax (a total of around £700/anno). If you are student: no council tax and everybody wins.
The bathroom has a bathtub! In Stoke Newington there are tons of hip restaurants, pubs and bars! The kitchen has a gas stove! It's a first floor flat in a two-storey building! ;)
The room is available now, beginning and mid of June.
