I'm looking for friendly reliable woman over 25 for a lovely clean furnished big double room in a 2 bedroom flat on the ground floor. Rent of £415PCM includes council tax and all bills except telephone.

I'm an Australian man working as a Community Developer and studying part time, play guitar (not loudly!), write songs and ride a motorbike. This place is my home and I've lived here nearly a year and found it quiet and peaceful.
