Hi!
We have a large double room available to rent from June 20th (date to discuss). The room is in a house located in a quiet street, parallel to the green.
The house is located in Bulwer street and close to everything walking.
3min away from Shepherd’s bush station (Central line) , 4min to Uxbridge Road and to Shepherds Bush Market Stn (H&C Line), 2 min from Westfield Shopping Centre.
Location is very convenient if you have to take the buses in every direction, with many beautiful parks nearby. (Notting hill is 15 min walking, holland park about 10min)
It's a 3 bedroom house that has just been refurbished at the end of March (We moved in the first of april). The room comes with a double bed, shelves, and a wardrobe. There is a door allowing direct access to the terrace.
The house has a large living room and huge kitchen accessing to the terrace. There is a beautiful bathroom and separate toilets.
The house mates are both french (1 M & 1F), both leading busy lives but enjoying each other’s company when relaxing at home.
The landlord is very easy-going & always willing to help with anything required for the house.
The rent is £525/calendar month + council tax & bills (£80-100).
6 weeks deposit (725 pounds) required by the agency we went through as well as an administration fee of £115.
The house has broadband and is fully equipped.
