am completing an LSE Masters in Global Politics and I am looking for a new flatmate from mid to late September.

The flat has two double bedrooms, an open plan kitchen, dining area and reception, a bathroom and a balcony. It is hardwood floors throughout and is full of sunlight with floor-to-ceiling windows looking out over the river Thames.

The flat is located in the quiet, residential area of Rotherhithe, with a tennis court. There is a gym across the street with a pool and hot tub. It is on the C10 and 381 busroutes, not far from Bermondsey, Canada Water, Rotherhithe tube stations, and the Thames Clipper.

Most importantly, I am 29 years old and I am Austrian citizen and a professional in London. I am looking to share with someone roughly my age, and who is quiet, clean, professional and respectful around the house.
